Please Note: If your dog has recently attended another daycare or boarding facility, we require a 7 day waiting period before attendng our facility. This will help reduce the spread of any illness or virus.

Pick up and Drop Off:

  Weekends:

-We are open for 2 shifts on weekends.

7 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.  (both Saturday & Sunday).  You may drop off or pick up during these times.

- If dropping off for a boarding stay, please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the end of that shift, to allow us time to get detailed feeding, medication and care instructions for your pup.

  Week Days:

-Drop off any time between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

- If you drop off after 1:00 p.m. they will most likely just go into their rooms instead of into daycare that day.

-Our reservations last until 12 p.m. on week days.   For pickup after 12pm on weekdays, an additional charge of $15 will be added.

**If you do not arrive by closing time on the day your dog is scheduled to go home, and someone is available to stay late, you will be charged a late fee of an additional $25. If no one is available to stay after hours, your dog will need to spend an additional night.

What to Bring:

-Proof of current vaccinations. We require them to have their Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccines. We prefer you email these prior to their stay, so that we can verify and upload them to your profile before check in.   You can simply snap a photo of them and email them to us.

-Their food, pre-packaged meals are appreciated. You will be asked at drop off for feeding instructions.

-Their own treats, to avoid upset stomach, we do have a variety of Milkbone and other treats.

-Medications, if applicable

-Bed/ Blanket, toys, Chew toys/ bones... You are welcome to bring anything from home that might make them feel more comfortable, as long as it fits into their room and is safe to be left with them.  Raised cots, blankets and bowls will be providedby as as well.

Please let us know if your dog likes to chew when bored so we don't give them blankets or soft things. You can also let us know of any other behaviors your fur family does that you might feel is important for us to know!

Misc. Info:

-Deposit:  There will be a deposit of $75 to book a reservation for Holidays/ Holiday weeks.  This deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation, and will be credited to your balance prior to checkout.

-Boarding over the holidays:  There will be a $15 one time "holiday" charge.  Please see our holiday information page for our hours over holidays.

-Cancellation Fee:   We only charge a cancellation fee during Holiday weeks (since we are at or near capacity), and a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

-Want Daycare too? If your dog has gone to Daycare before, or is good with other dogs, they may join our daycare play groups while here boarding. On weekdays, there is a $10 add on fee per day.   On weekends there is no charge.

-Damage Fee: If your pup is destructive and damages our property, there will be a damage fee.  This damage fee is determined by the amount of damage done. We will give you a call and you could either have your emergency contact come pick them up or they can finish their stay with some modifications made.   (ie: if they have damaged their raised cot, we will remove the cot from their room).

-Dog not good with other dogs? That's not a problem, they will get one on one time with one of our team members and several potty breaks.

-When do they go out at night? Someone comes between the hours of 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. to let them out before bed, get them settled for the night and ensure they have water until morning.

Cat Boarding:

Cat accommodations are in a separate room from the dog accomodations.

Each kennel is approximately 2ft x 4 ft.

Litter box, bed, toys, dishes and treats provided.

For any dog to start or attend daycare, it is required that they are fully vaccinated with Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).

We will need a copy of their records prior to attending.

If a vaccine expires, we have a grace period of 2 weeks to get them updated, as we do understand it may take time to get an appointment with your vet.

Below is information on other places that do give these vaccinations to your pup.

*Even though you can purchase the Bordetella Vaccine and give it to your dog we prefer that it be given professionally just to ensure they received the entire dose. This is for the safety of your dog and the future friends they may make!

If you are interested in touring the facility please contact us via email or phone so we can get it scheduled!  We schedule these in the evenings once the daycare dogs have gone home.

*Please call or email with any questions or if your dog has never been to us before. You will need to create an account using the button below to be able to book your boarding reservation!
